I'd be contacting them requesting justification.

Yes I done this and found that they have closed the case in which I asked why my order was cancelled

It's not good enough on their end, In fact quite pathetic.

I'd ask to speak with their senior representative and "demand" an explanation.
They cannot close accounts without reason.

I contacted them and they said “your account has violated the tems of service”
