Yes I did
This'll be 100% why.
They've pretty much wised up to generators now + most generators contain weird watermarks or links stating that it's from a generator. A massive oversight on the generator part.
Best thing to do in the future is to make your own. If you've ever made an Amazon order, you can simply go into the order page, press F12 (In Chrome) to inspect element and you can pretty much edit anything you want on the receipt to fit your needs for future SE's.
It'll look 100% legit in this case. Nobody will be able to tell the difference.

Should I try again or is it too risky

So you attempted to login and found It was cancelled without cause?
I'd be contacting them requesting justification.
Yes I done this and found that they have closed the case in which I asked why my order was cancelled
It's not good enough on their end, In fact quite pathetic.
I'd ask to speak with their senior representative and "demand" an explanation.
They cannot close accounts without reason.

In what respect though?
I understand your position and by no means are my posts directed at yourself. SteelSeries need to explain exactly why, and what part of their terms have been violated. Their above response Is generalized and can be used to close anyone's account, regardless whether they've violated their terms.
It's simply not good enough to warrant an account's closure.
