Update:
Delivery was missed at drophouse and taken back to depot, however I didnt need to use any IDs and the package was received.
I opened up the airpods and replaced it with a dummy, placed the plastic back around the dummy and worked on removing the existing sticker seals.
The sticker residue was difficult to remove and I will probably use a razor next time as my knife was not doing a sufficient job.
There was a few mistakes I made with resealing,
1. My sealing stickers say they are from china, the box says it was made in vietnam (this is obviously a major discrepancy)
2. I placed the sealing stickers on the bottom of the box first rather than on the inside, I then had to place double sided sticky tape on the outside of the sealing stickers to avoid them being ruined as I closed the box
3. Though I removed most of the sticker residue... there was still some left on the box so when i replaced the sealing stickers, there were little bumps showing.
4. you could see the double sided sticky tape from the gaps of the underside of the box.
This is still my first SE, I have alot to improve on and my attention to detail will have to increase, My change-of-mind replacement claim has been initiated and I will update again with news if my SE fails or I succeed.

Update: RePackaged my AirPods. It looks very clean now and is identical to an unopened box apart from the discrepancies on the sealing sticker I bought (Vietnam AirPods ,,, "Made in China " sticker)
I was asked to bring the item back In-store but I said I was unavailable to do that and would have to send the item to return it. Currently waiting for the "returns team" I was transfered to, to contact me with a shipping address.

Is It fairly noticeable, or only Identified when meticulously examined?
It will only be identified if it is meticulously examined. The text is quite small and it is not a big worry.
I have already ordered new sealing stickers so that next time I try with airpods I will not have the same problem.

I received an email saying I will be refunded in the next 3 days. First online SE complete!
