Just ordered a motherboard off CCL.com for my pc build and was wondering what the best method would be to get a refund. Faulty item/ DNA/Wrong item

Go for the wrong item method.

Although this means you'll have to buy something from them on a different account using different details so they cannot cross-reference it. CCL use their own stickers on retail boxes, so you cannot really buy the 'wrong item' from a different store as they scan them in via barcode.

This isn't an issue if you use a different address / different card, as they won't be able to link the two purchases then.
