For the people that use credit to SE, how much does it affect your credit score?

If there's no suspicion on the account nor any history of bad transactions, then the credit score will not be affected.

As long as you pay your credit card, no SE will ever touch you credit, except when you have -1000$ in your paypal and they sent it to collections.

You're confusing two completely different worlds and I fear you're going to screw up your life for the next 7-10 years in doing so. Put it this way, credit should be your "legit" accounts and income. If you're into any shady shit for $, do not rely on any sort of bank / card. You're tying your entire financial life to a more than likely petty scam. Money comes and goes, credit will haunt you after you've learned better.
If you're going to SE a product, self fund it. If you don't have the funds, build your skills on lower valued products to resale to get there. Do not mix your personal life with some SE/online scam attempt. You can make $ anytime in your life if you try, your credit can / will take years to correct. Just save yourself the hours upon days upon years of headaches and don't mix the two.
Not to say the two can't meet, but judging by your question; Please drop the entire concept for at least 5 more years. You're going to screw yourself faster than you'd think and short gains are short lived. Whatever your struggle, there's a better way to go about it.

If you don't deem It otherwise, do remember that every SE Is considered a legit claim by the company In question.
Treat It as such by manipulating It accordingly, and you'll be fine- Irrespective of the payment system used. Without naming specifics, I have certain entities who've SEd for decades on credit, all without having a negative Impact In any way, shape or form.
