SE'ing from Condo/Apartment #1
I would be getting this delivered to a condo. I would need to buzz the person inside and then sign off on the product. They will take pictures of the front of my building, my unit, and my sig. I can fake the sig but is it still possible even with that?

If I don't buzz them in or sign off they will leave it in the community mailbox which requires a key that only I would have. Which is my best option?

Don't get it delivered to the condo get a drop spot. Find a foreclosed house online and get it delivered there.

This Is a little confusing. If It requires a key, they cannot leave It In the mailbox.

Please clarify.

Sorry. so what happens is they put the item in the community mailbox and then they put the key in your mailbox. you grab the key from your mailbox and use it to open the community one. then you return the key by throwing it into a slot beside the mailbox.

Okay, now It makes sense. Thanks for clarifying It.

This Is Ideal to use the DNA method. Use the key to take the Item from the community mailbox. Timing Is crucial, so do It after midnight, when there's no one around. As far as you're concerned, they (the carrier) either didn't deliver It, or the Item was taken by another resident. If you use the latter, damage the lock a little- consistent with tampering, hence solidifying your claim that the Item was stolen.

I won't discuss methods to circumvent the cameras, but I can say It's extremely simple.

Good luck.

Should I try and make myself unrecognizable since I live here? or does it not need to be taken to that extent? lol
