Here's my simple method on SE'ing Lays. It's not original but it works.

Go to the contact page; https://cu.pepsico.com/fritolay and enter the product you are going to SE.

Then go to "Voice a Concern or Problem"

Then in the comment box say that you purchased a bag of whatever kind of chips you want and when you opened the bag there was a dead cricket on the chip you pulled out and were about to eat. You threw the bag away immediately as soon as that happened and that you probably won't be considering purchasing anymore products from them.

For the next page type in 1 for the amount of bags affected.

The package size can be whatever you choose. I did 10oz.

Skip the rest of the questions and for the purchase date, etc put in a today's date.

The next page, put in the information for a nearby Walmart or Target, or whatever your local store is. Feel free to use Google if you don't know that information.

On the next page, fill it out with real information since they will use that to ship the coupons for you.

Then click "Submit" and you should receive an email from them.[/hide]
