SE'ing Kitsound earphones help #1
I genuinely have a pair of Kitsound earphones that have faulty but are out of warranty. I have contacted the Kitsound via email and they have asked me for proof of purchase. Where do I tell them I have bought them from? Amazon with Amazon warehouse as the seller or some other sellers that aren't Amazon but sell on the Amazon website? Or another 3rd party website?

You say you bought them legitimately? Then you should have a receipt/invoice somewhere. You can just edit the date on the receipt to make it seem that they are still in warranty. And you should be good to go.

Right ok cool I'll do that, just afraid that they may be able to find out the proper date of purchase on their databases or something.

Don't alter the receipt. They'll check It against their systems.

Simply tell them you've misplaced the receipt and (depending on their response), that's where your SEing comes Into effect.
