SE'ing Amazon 08-02-2018, 01:54 PM

Hi, I've ordered a PS4 today from Amazon with the intent of SE'ing Amazon and getting a refund. I've used SE before, but not when it comes to anything related with Amazon or any other online store.
I'm not sure yet if I'll need to sign the package, but I have prepared for both scenarios (if I don't need to sign, I'll claim it never arrived) (if I do, I will claim I received an empty package or I got the wrong item, something that is considered a hazard and cannot be shipped back)
I've seen some stories of people claiming that the box was empty and get denied by an investigation from Amazon, stating the package a proper weight, is that something I should be worried?
Also my account is over 2 years old, but this is the first time I'm placing an order on this acc (previously used a friend's account due to him having prime)
Thanks for the read, every tip is appreciated.
