Are you saying the claim Is approved before the goods are delivered to a given address?
[/quoteI have been doing some research on the subject and finally found a person who explained how it works, what most of the big returners do is buy a panel like the ones the carriers have and through bribes they get a user and password from ups or dhl and with that they can log into the order and put that it has been broken in transit, lost in transit or has been returned to the sender to make returns in transit or in a more secure way so that they do not block the devices, they initiate a legitimate return and make it appear on the tracking that it has been returned when in reality nobody has gone to pick it up.
