SE help #1
Hello,
I have some questions about SE.

I'm trying to SE an Apple Watch on Amazon,
For that I ordered the apple (Weight of the case: 30.1 grams) and an external battery of 462 grams.
I think I will do the missing item method. Do you think it's a good idea? Should we use another method?

And I'm planning to make an order on Zalando, I wanted to also do the method of the missing item, but I saw that for this method it is based on the weight, I wanted to order two sweatshirts, a t-shirt and jeans , I just wanted to keep a sweatshirt for whole order, do you think that's going to happen?
Thank you for all your answers

A combined weight of 500 grams (round figures) at 0.5 KG, Is too heavy for the missing Item method.

What's the total weight of the Items you're planning to SE?

Too heavy for the missing Item method.

If the consignment details are cross-checked with the carrier, the SE will fail.

I would always recommend DNA which is very simple if you don't required to sign the package. I would say wait for the actual delivery date listed on amazon website before chatting with the agent

It should work if you don't sign package. No matter the weight of package. May be cost matters.

The DNA will work, but an Investigation will most likely be opened.

Alternatively, use the wrong Item received method on "one" Item.
