I'm trying to clarify the events, which both the above and below messages are contradictory.

Does the gift card exist or not? Or are you Interpreting the voucher as the gift card?

As I paid solely with a voucher, in their terms they will refund me via topping up my asos account balance. just money on the acciunt

Is It only the voucher that's linked to your ASOS account?

If so, will the voucher be debited with the refund?

I paid with a gift voucher that I had purchased.
I check their terms, if you paid solely with a voucher or giftcard (I paid solely with voucher) your account balance is topped up with the amount that is refundable.
