How would I not have access to the account if I’m contacting support on it

I'm referring to the gift card/voucher, not the online account It's registered to.

Maybe I’m being slow so i wanna make sure everything is clear. As I paid solely with a voucher, in their terms they will refund me via topping up my asos account balance. Nothing to do with giving me a giftcard or anything, just money on the acciunt
