SE clothing aus (H&M/Hallenstien Brothers)

Pre much what the title said, wanted to refund either of those clothing stores with ~400 worth of clothing using DNA method. I know Hallenstien brothers uses DHL AU (no idea if there is any caveats to that or if it has signature) and I think H&M uses Australia Post. Anything I should know or is this an easy SE?

Nothing indicates that on their site, closest thing was to call them if gotten the wrong order.

From memory, I'm quite certain they're not responsible for lost "returns" that're not tracked, but I haven't got time to research nonreceipt of goods.

You can perform a practice run (trial SE) on a very cheap Item, by DNA'ing It to see whether they're liable.
