I plan on SE beats. I do have a pair that are broken that were given to me. I was planning on calling in and telling them that they broke when i was putting them on. Any tips for what to say on the phone? They are the solos if that helps.

Don't tell them it broke when you were putting it on. Say that it was broken the moment you took it out of the box. Be descriptive. Tell the agent that the left speaker just emits white noise, or something like that.

The warranty probably won't cover plain damage.
How is your current one broken?

I've never had any luck with SEing other than some Mountain Dew and some brand of chips I believe. Good luck!
