I went with the DNA method through live chat. They offered me a replacement or refund and I told them, that I'd take the refund and just buy the glasses in actual store as they were a christmas present. Anyways, they're asking for a proof of signature to go ahead with the refund. Nothing too crazy, I guess. I'm supposed to send them a picture of my ID, driver's license or a picture of just my signature. I will send them a picture of only my signature. Should I go ahead and send them a picture of my actual signature or just something which looks like my name? I'd probably go with the second option. What do you think?

Update: I did send them the picture of my signature right away and actually got the refund yesterday already. No investigation, no more questions. It was extremely easy to be honest. Thank's once again to Mothered and Merry Christmas to everyone!

Use the @ symbol, and then enter the user's name Immediately after.

You'll find It will autocomplete as you type - which applies to the "Quick Reply" textbox and not "New Reply".
