Can someone give me a rundown of the process of SE'ing Phillips? I want to try out their electric razors though I want to know if they need serial numbers etc. Thanks in advance.

You can basically SE anyone using (where applicable to the Item) the DNA, wrong Item received or box method.

When I did it a while back (this year) they requested the serial number, model number, and a receipt. The receipt could be created with inspect element and the serial number could be grabbed off ebay. Note that this was for one of their toothbrushes so they may have a different policy when it comes to shavers. I suggest going into live chat as well, it was a quick and easy process (total time was around 10 minutes)
