I just received an email from amazon telling me that I got too many refunds and that the refund cannot be made, is this a joke? I only have one refund I know I did on March 31.

what should I tell them?

Amazon Is known to misinterpret claims, so bring It to their attention that you've only performed a single refund.

Their decision can be reversed - I've experienced It a number of times.

I could also ask them for proof of my signature because I did not sign it and correlate it with the one on my ID card.
