Wrong item won't work since they're not sold by Amazon (correct?).DNA seems to be the only option but seeing as it's only £90 .shouldn't that mean the SE will be fairly easy.

If that’s the case then don’t do it. On my end it says, Shipped by Amazon and sold by the sneaker company which would work. Probably because I’m in a different part of the UK than yourself.

They're too big to box, so If you say they've sent an Incorrect size, they'll request the return and ship the correct Item which Is counterproductive.

Use the "wrong Item received" method sold by Amazon.

Ok thanks ,might try DNA on the non Amazon stocked item .what does backorder mean?
