I need help, HP is requesting an invoice for the product, and a photo of it with S / N, I'm sending a corrupted photo and I was thinking of forging the invoice. What are the odds of me fucking about this tax account? Should I do this or leave it there? My fear is that an invoice is false

In terms of the corrupted Image, no doubt they'll keep requesting It, so send It In different file formats each time- just to give the Impression that you're making the utmost effort to resolve the matter. Ensure them that It's working fine on your end.

As far as the Invoice Is concerned, obviously they cannot verify It, hence It'll come down (as It seems) to an administrative error on their end.

The thing is, you should only do HP to a drop. IF you do it to a drop there's not much that can happen if the invoice is wrong, other than HP cancelling everything. HP is AR, almost always.

I'm usually no help when it comes to this sorta thing but I'll try and use my basic human skills. Why send in a corrupt image of the monitor? What did you tell HP the problem was?

As @mothered explained earlier, you keep sending them corrupt images in the hopes that they'll believe that you're giving your utmost effort to send them a picture and will eventually give up on requesting a picture of the product (which you of course don't have to send a picture of).
