I managed to get me shipped a Dell monitor using just a serial number I found, but they have said me that after a few days as of the monitor arrives to me, they will send a courier to collect my faulty monitor, which of course I don't have.
Unfortunately I didn't know that they will ask for it and I used my real address and name, what do you suggest to do now?

FIrstly you shouldve used a drop address, fake details etc and given the courier any old monitor which u couldve bought off of facebook and if the courier asked anything, you couldve said that this replacement was for an older monitor which they don't restock anymore. However, i doubt u can do that anymore but you can always try it again (at a drop addy)
Anyways, i am curious now and i want to try this. Do you mind sharing how you did this?
