Why should I get a return label saying it is defective? To make the return I should have 15 days to be able to send it back without any reason

Yeah goodluck. Plan very far ahead and be undeniable in everything you do. think of what they could say or have said in past to deny or stall claims.

Seing is not just as easy as say something and get free computer. be smart about it, wish you luck since i've never really seen a successful laptop or PC SE from either dell alianware etc, without a strong se.
