I have a pair of bose QC35 II which are visibly broken and have marks on them. I was thinking of SE'ing them with bose australia but I am not sure what way to go forward with it. I have the case and stuff but i dont think I have the original box. Also bose does not have the chat option available. Just phone. I was thinking faulty item and then doing either FTID, LIT or disposed faulty item. Incase its disposed faulty item what do I say? The thing started smoking and hence was disposed?
