So, this method works for most companies, but for this method, I will use energizer, first off, head over to a contact us page on the main site that makes the batteries, for energizer its http://www.energizer.com/pages/enr-contact.aspx if there is no complaints subject, use other, use a fake or real name, use a email address you have access to, REAL ADDRESS, they will send either a cheque, or prepaid visa to this address, the phone number doesn't really matter unless your trying to get more than $200/£150 out of them,

in the form, say that it was your or a friends birthday, you got a rc car/plane, something that requires a remote, for this, I used a rc petrol car that cost £125, I told them that i put there batteries into my remote, and started using my car, then after about 15 minutes, the batteries leaked, I lost control of the remote, and my rc car went onto the road and hit by a car,

you should receive an email usually within a week, asking what batteries they were, if they were all in the same pack, how many leaked, and the cost of any damaged items, just fill that out, and then they should ask you to confirm your shipping address for free batteries and a cheque/visa

I wrote this method, but i'm sure some/most of you already know it, I just didn't see one on getting money from them, so i thought i'd make this to help the new people out

I know right! There are so many easy methods there, although most companies where I live don't offer these kind of things. :/

I live in South America (aint tellin you where), and the companies couldnt give a shit about you... If I told a battery company that this happened they would probably just laugh.

I suppose the prices there kind of compensate for that though. Things are cheaper, and hence you can afford to buy something and semi-expect that it's not perfect.
Most 1st-world countries generally have more expensive items, although it's expected that they will work properly. I rarely buy products that are faulty.

Be careful though, these kind of frauds are probably highly illegal.
