SE Asus Laptop. Can they block or trace it ? 03-31-2023, 09:47 PM

Hi all !
I wanna SE an Asus z13 soon. I'll try to DNA. Most of the time the courier just leaves the packages in front of my house door. By the way, it can happen that Amazon sends a package by BRING, which requires a signature, but I can change the delivery option on the transporter's website and tell them to just drop the package in front of my door but when I choose this option, before I confirm it, it says that I become responsible of any loss of the package.
@mothered, I guess this is self-explanatory but do you think it can still be DNA after this ? does it REALLY make me responsible for the fact that it "never arrived" ?
Also, to come back on the laptop subject (Asus Z13) :
-Do you think the manufacturer can track it and/or block it ?
I wanted to contact Asus directly and ask, but I need a serial number of an already bought device to contact them. Otherwise I cannot send a mail
-Is it possible to bypass any potential track/blocking by replacing the OS by another or whatsoever method ?
Thanks everyone, I really appreciate this forum and all the nice informations.
