A well-lit video showing the complete product and issue of the device. The video must include the serial number directly on the device (the serial number is an Alpha numeric character ending with "8" that you will find it under the keyboard), with a handwritten ticket number (XXXXXX) and current Date on a piece of paper. Please share the video via Google Drive and set it to Public.

Do you have a tech store near you selling the same product? You could buy it from there temporarily, unbox it and show that you have one and then take it back saying you no longer need it? If they are no longer requesting to see the SN because you can’t see it, maybe this could be an option

Okay, so what I did is I said my files were corrupt, they asked for my address, then my email, said my email I was using and that my email was hacked, they asked for my hacked email I just gave them one i don’t own, is that good? Then they said for me to wait 24-48hours to investigate or something.
