EU or US? How long did it take? Was it the standard procedure? SN, POP, Denial letter and POD?

U.S was instant. I said the mouse had no power and wouldn't charge regardless of the power cord i used. Needed SN and POP. No denial letter.

Okay guys I may be stupid, but I may be confusing S/N method with another one, so I'll ask

Do you guys buy a legit article, then use its S/N and fake failure proofs to ask for a replacement ?

Or do you take a S/N from a peer2peer marketplaces like facebook marketplace/craiglist and apply for warranty with it? If so, how can you guys be sure that your proof of purchase is valid (eg, original buyer bought their item from logitech's website, you send a amazon POP, the support notices it, you're fucked)

Logitech G Pro Wireless + headset at least 10 times, just by using s/n and creating a POP.
Belkan charger, with just s/n and POP.
HyperX headsets (literally all of them) and Quadcast(s), with s/n, POP and photoshopping an image to have hand-written letter.
SteelSeries (probably not as easy nowadays), with s/n, POP and photoshopping product to have defects.

use amazon fake pop gen, find a sn online ebay or facebook market place, and use clone stamp tool for POD. They never asked for a video when I did it

clone stamp tool on PS lay the cord down on a table and just make it look cut it's pretty simple

Just finished my on-going SE with Logitech, sadly a fail. Their support system nowadays is very tedious, it took me around 2.5 months to get a final reply which was denial to my claim.
