Royal Mail DNA Query 05-23-2023, 02:04 PM

Hi,
Received a parcel today that I was hoping to DNA. My girlfriend received the parcel. The proof of postage picture shows a picture of the box. In the background, our front door is open very slightly. You can see an arm and that’s it. (no house number visible). Does this picture show that someone received the parcel and therefore DNA is not possible? Or is DNA still possible on this basis?
