Just wanted to update with a success story. I've been looking to do car parts for a bit and could never find any useful info on here. I heard some mixed things about RockAuto, so I decided to try them out myself for a new radiator for my car. Incredibly easy success.
The package was huge so I claimed DNA, after waiting like a week for their "investigation" it was literally as easy as clicking a button for a refund instead of a reship.
I didn't talk to anyone once, I just marked the issue on the order status page and within 7 days the process was complete and I got the refund verified via email.
Total cost was just under $170.
I have heard successes above $300, but can't confirm.
