It's actually relative to the UK as per below.

EVGA UK
Langdale, Flag Lane,

With the terms that you've posted above, at no point does It mention that they're not responsible for loss of goods during transit.

Wow, this makes sense. I have no idea why they provided me with german adress instead of UK. I believe that i failes this SE already anyway, but I will see what I can do.

Do use the points already mentioned to your advantage, by addressing them to the representative who's handling your claim.

In my view, from an unbiased and Impartial standpoint, I strongly believe you're In the right.

I've tried to point out the things that you provided and their response was that they are closing UK RMA and that's why they sent me the Germany RMA address. They didn't provide the information that they are not responsible for loss of goods in transit in the RMA instructions but they provided information that I should buy insurance for my parcel, hence they are not taking responsibility for this issue. It seems that they are not interested at all in this case and just refuses everything that I tell to them.

Well, this Is an admission of guilt. If they're not responsible, they'd have no hesitation In providing It.

You have every right to ask "where In their terms does It state that they're not responsible for loss of goods during transit". If they refuse to comply with your request, then It's obvious who's at fault.

I've brought this up with them before and they didn't care too much. I believe their customer support is located in Germany as well hence they don't care too much. Also I think there is only one customer support guy working as when I call them the same guy always picks up (who is dealing with my case). I want to mension that CS guy who's dealing with my case transfered me to his supervisor at some point when he didn't know what to say and at some point when I brought those things up he started laughing, and as I said didn't care too much. I am wondering if there is anything possible to do in this case when CS and supervisor don't care too much.

Appalling customer service to say the least. Their Incapacity to handle your claim In the appropriate manner, Is an admission of guilt on their part.

As to speak to the supervisor's senior.

did you pay for the product via card or paypal? if you paid via paypal you could always try to make a case and resolve it that way as they are obviously in the wrong.
