Hey guys, I think that RIVA now checks orders with amazon, After I sent them the email with the receipt they answered this to me:

Hi ,

We were able to contact Amazon directly and they requested you contact them for any claims on the speaker as there were discrepancies on your receipt which they did not share with us. Since we are not able to assist you further I will close your ticket.
