Hello everyone,

just looking for some insights on how to approach this SE. It's a wallet and a keycase: https://ridgewallet.eu/collections/kits/...-kit-black
According to their website, the wallet is 2oz and the keycase 1oz.
Does anybody have experience with that shop? I'm thinking going simple with EB or DNA, if possible.

Any input is appreciated.

The website states they take responsibility for packages lost with USPS (their default carrier) so DNA is probably your best bet.

I am in the EU. I would guess they are liable for any loss in transit as I got the contract with them not with the courier.

I just received the parcel and it got delivered by the mailman that also delivers the letters. Bigger packages get delivered by another mailman. When I came home it was just shoved in my mailbox with half the parcel showing out. However, I do not want to get the mailman in trouble at all so I assume DNA might not be the best option here?

It's pretty simple - box the return.

The parcel weighed 397 grams according to the label. By mistake I ordered two coin trays (as on was already included) so I would return one of those anyways. Weighed it and it's just 64 grams. Could you elaborate how to box them and making up for the weight? Dry ice is not really an option as it's not that easy to get here and they only sell it in large quantities.


Also, unrelated to this post, I was wondering why your "blog", @mothered, is no longer reachable. Did you change the domain or just shut it down completely? Really enjoyed your write-ups.
