Just the wallet. I'm assuming accessories don't come in the same manufacturer box so otherwise would have had to do full EB or DNA.

iirc, there's no live chat so it was a ticket/email. First response offered a reship with no investigation. Asked for refund and it was issued no problem.

Just to add to this, I managed to MEB Fantom for the Fantom M magsafe wallet. Was sorted less than 24hours after delivery
