Are they liable for lost shipments?

Also, what's the Item description and weight?

"Despite all strict measures, it can happen that an item is lost or damaged during transport. Should this occur to you, please contact our support team within 3 days of the delivery date with the subject line “Lost shipment” and clearly state your order number and the problem in your message. After the period of 3 days it is no longer possible to start an investigation and the shipment is excluded from any compensation. If changes have been made to the delivery of the item through the shipping company, it may no longer be possible to make a claim."

They assist with claims for lost shipments, which suggests they're liable.

As such, you can DNA It.

Obviously too heavy to EB.

The wrong Item received method can be used, but given they're responsible for loss of goods, you may as well hit the DNA.

Thanks. My mom will receive it today. Any suggestion, even if they ask for signature?

No, but no problem in telling her. I just want to know if she can receive it normally, or does she needs to fake any signature if asked.

Definitely fake sign It.

But even if she signs with her name, it's still not my name. Is that a problem?
