Report a fraud transaction on Chase Sapphire Pref #1
Short story

Booked an international flight with 25-hour duration with an airline, they delayed it by 7 hours, missed my connection, they rebooked me on a next flight but with 1 added layover (2 layovers total) to my final destination and 1 hour of transit time. Obviously due to Immigration and customs in USA taking some time, I missed the rebooked connection and had to pay out of pocket for a new flight since the airlines told me the next flight was in like 4 hours and will add 1 more layover vs I book the next flight with other airlines which left in 30 mins. Obviously since I had been travelling for 32 hours and really tired, I chose second option and paid 600$ out of pocket

I claimed 600$ that I paid out of pocket to the airlines and they refused to pay for it. Planning to mark the transaction as fraud and get a new card?
OR
Buy a bunch of E-Gift cards worth 600$ and report as Fraud.

Or maybe buy an iPad and mark it as fraud?

Im poor and cannot afford loosing 600$.

Any help is appreciated.

Mate, we're all poor here.

I'm not sure about the US, but in EU there are companies which help you with cases against airlines. Airhelp, Air Rating, Airadvisor, ... You find many on google, pick one that has a lot of good reviews. You might be eligible for a refund.
I am the one who meows.
