[Release] Reverse Engineering Toolkit 2016 12-21-2015, 02:29 PM
#1
Dear Sinisters,
My name is ColorfulParrot and today I will post my first post.
But let's get to some serious business.
I've scavenged the web for the best free or open source tools that
are fundamental tools in cracking software, creating mods,
solving crackme's or for stepping on the tails of malware makers.
I've packed these tools in a few categories and
listed a short description and a link to their post:
- .Net (https://www.sinister.ly/Thread-Release-NET-Reverse-Engineering-Toolkit-2016):
Containing tools to reverse engineer .NET executables
that where compiled for both 86x and 64x Windows.
- Java (https://www.sinister.ly/Thread-Release-Java-Reverse-Engineering-Toolkit-2016):
Containing tools to reverse engineer Java Archives (.jar)
and their contents.
- Windows CE & Windows Mobile (ARM) (https://www.sinister.ly/Thread-Release-WinCE-WM-ARM-Reverse-Engineering-Toolkit-2016):
Containing tools to reverse engineer WinCE and WM
executables that where compiled for the ARM platform.
I might be posting a few tutorials about actually using these tools.
I'm going to post a few other kits for reverse engineering
Android's .APK, iOS's .IPA and a few other's.
Feel free to suggest a tools or a victim for my next toolkit.
Happy reverse engineering,
Yours sincerely,
ColorfulParrot
