Title pretty much says it all. Just going to talk a little bit about the things you should regularly change on your car periodically.
1. Engine Oil: Engine oil and Oil Filter should be changed every 3,000 miles or 3 months which ever comes first. You either change it yourself which takes little amount of time and very little knowledge. All you need to do is find you cars specifications in the manual and find the oil weight and viscosity and the oil filter part number.
2. Always keep a check on Coolant, Brake Fluid and Power Steering Fluid. Without coolant you could crack your engine block, Blow head gaskets. Nothing good can come from not having coolant in your car. Brake fluid is self explanitory. If you don't have any in your car or if there is air trapped in the brake lines it will be much harder to stop the car. Power steering needs to be checked often as of course if you don't have and you could cause a large amount of damage to the pump and it will also be difficult to turn.
3. Fuel Filter: Fuel filter should be changed out every 2 years or 24,000 miles. keeps your engine running better and keeps the fuel clean.
4. Air Filter: I usually replace mine once a year cause hey can get pretty dirty.
5. Transmission Fluid: Replace this every 2 years or 24,000 miles. Make sure to keep an eye on the fluid level at least once a month.
6. Spark Plugs: Replace every 30k to 100k miles. If you start to hear misfiring check your spark plugs first and when you do change the plugs replace wires along with them.
7. Serpentine Belt: Check it monthly for any cracks or dry rotting. Replace every 3 years to 36,000 miles.
8.Tires: Keep a check on tire pressure, and tread. If the inside is wearing more that the outside then you need an alignment.
If you have any questions feel free to ask.
