How do refunding services refund a lot of orders from different accounts .amazon checks the ip and if you have refunded before there is a chance that your refund will fail .i am assuming that there using some sort of vpn but then again there is a chance that the vpn is blacklisted or already used for refunding .so what measures do they take to ensure that their customers will receive their refund

Can't speak for refunders, but I usually call for my SE's. I don't think they can track IP of a phone from a call. Easy enough to spoof your phone number. Not sure if there are other identifiable features from a phone call. I only SE on a personal level. :b
