Was wondering how these refunders get instant refunds for Amazon with high limits? Is it through insiders? How do they bypass PR?

Do you know if the PRs are fake? Or do they call up the local pd and file under their client's details?

Man, I wonder how they do it considering the risks. Can't Amazon simply look up the local pd and check if the PR is authentic?
