When i claimed DNA, package received from courier because i said by phone "i wasn't home when he comes by", of course address have been somebodys else, they said they have to start investigation with UPS, and that the UPS worker will probably come to my place (fake address) and check what happened.

Will You still proceed with this?

Due to the nature of the DNA, It tends to trigger an Investigation with the majority of companies, not only Nike.

There's no cause for concern - It's simply part of company protocol to move forward with the claim.

You're under no obligation to answer his questions and concerns, nor does he have the right to set foot on your private property with his demands.
