I Will go for the Empty package i think and if they want the Empty package i just send it back, no need ro box as i tell them i recived everything ecept the package didnt contain the hardware, right me if im wrong

I believe you're referring to the "box", and not the package- they're both different entities. The package contains the box, and the box contains the Item.

As per this thread, a refund was approved on the grounds that the box Is returned.

So I contacted them, saying The package did not contain airpods. They said that they would give me a refund, if i can send the packaging.

Yeee i mean i got the package and the AirPods box, but that the box didnt contain the AirPods just the charger etc. Sorry hard with all words haha.
