You mean i order i pair of AirPods PRO and than just telling them that the parcel was broken and didnt contained nothing? Maybe break it a little and Send a photo Also. The thing i am worried about is that they Will Force me to take it with the Courier and say its not there responsibillity

No, leave the box in perfect condition. It becomes the warehouse's fault, not the courier's.
