Correct, they must be on the same consignment.

It's always good practice to research the company to see who's responsible for loss of goods during transit/delivery.

What do you mean account has aged?
Aged in terms of existing for a while and maybe even having a couple of purchases and not alot of refunds, since a new account that immediately tries to refunda high priced item raises suspicion and will most likely result in a unsuccessful attempt.
If you have any more questions let me know.

I ordered a pair from Currys and just called them using the EB method. They said they would call me back within 7 days after they reviewed my case. Does this normally happen or do you reckon they are onto me? It was a £150 order but it was a fresh account with no history..

It sounds like they've opened an Investigation, whereby they're cross-checking the consignment with the carrier.
If so, It's simply part of company protocol to move forward with the claim.
