As you can see ive been asked to do a police report and sign a legal document, now, what is the chance this will go wrong and i will go to jail or something lmao

the driver left it in a safe place without knocking, after leaving it, he knocked and then was sorry he didnt deliver it straight through the door, anyway, he saw me go and take the parcel in immediately. He would defo know its not stolen.

am i good to go through with it?

Did you specify the safe place beforehand, or did the driver select It at his discretion?

Check their terms.

Usually, when the account holder specifies a safe location as a drop off point, he's liable for loss of goods.

Who’s? DPD or their Sellers?

The seller says nothing about a safe place in their terms.

And DPD says when picking a safe place, I am responsible for anything that happens to it.

Not necessarily, you can always use another method.

What was the last conversation you had with them?
