Just wondering would I be ok to buy a faulty item and get it replaced by the company as I've done it before when my headphones broke but I actually sent in MY headphones obv

only if the faulty item is in warranty, which it probably wont be if someones selling it broken.

Further to the above post, If It's faulty (logic has It) they wouldn't be selling It, but rather claim It under warranty and receive a replacement themselves.
