Refund Question - how do I go about this

yep, i just said the product i wanted to refund was missing, they told me to wait for the next package to come as they could both be in there (it came in 2 packages) but i just said it wasnt, then they proceeded to give me a partial refund, and a 20% voucher.

basically i refunded a £75 hoodie and used a £10 t shirt so i could do partial.

Thanks, yea I picked up on that, I said that I’ll wait for the next package as they might just both be in there, he told me it’s a good idea and I should wait. And it lead to a successful refund.
