I haven't done many (16 successful ones). I only remember:

Amazon DE: FTID
Amazon NL: FTID
Aliexpress: FTID 3x + couple of photoshop evidences on items for a full refund.
German PC webshop (can't remember name): FTID
Ebay: damaged items with shopped photos.

I also did a couple of item swaps too (not counted as SE's). IE a inkjet printer. I wasn't gonna stand for the manufacturer sending me a Monday morning example. So I bought a new one. Then swapped and returned a perfectly sealed box. Single layer tape, cleaned unit with the sticky tapes. Even the unit-label swap to match the one on the box and everything.

All my fails were FTID for Aliexpress. I can only guess what might went wrong there.
And a few were partial refunds.
