What exactly did the SE Involve?

Chatted up Bestbuy agent via support chat and stated it wasn't delivered 2 days later after it arrived. He said something along the lines of he'll check into it. Chatted them again a day later and said the same thing, new rep requested UPS investigation be started. Went on UPS website, filed a claim, went back to Bestbuy chat and gave them all the same information. New rep sees UPS investigation was started, ordered refund. Refund arrived, UPS investigation was closed today with proof of delivery.

You handled It extremely well throughout the entire claim, which was responsible for the successful outcome.

If UPS closed the claim with proof of delivery and the refund is already done, will this make a problem for the refunder? cuz the ups said it's delivered with proof, and the company can see it as well

As per your comment below, the rep was aware of the Investigation's events and Issued a refund, so I don't see why there'd be a problem further down the track.

H&M was easy for me. Ordered a few pairs of pants for around $130 and claimed DNA on live chat. Had me say I checked around my house, with neighbors, etc. Got the refund in chat.
