I understand that I am a newbie here and if this violates any rules that I am not aware of, delete this thread.. (I tried to post this under Anonymity but got denied).

I have developed a free and open source project and would like to share it with you because now with PRISM and digital surveillance, it can help you keep your stuff to yourself

TANIGER [ https://www.taniger.com/ ] is a Chrome extension that encrypts real-time your facebook conversations with your friends. Encryption keys are changed every 5 minutes and everything is done client side! (with some storage functionality from the server).

My next update will be support for OpenPGP (currently it supports only symmetric encryption with AES, DES, TripleDES, RC4 and Rabbit).

I would really like to know what you think about it and any ideas on how to improve it are really appreciated.

I'll defenitely will check this out. Already seen some other apps doing fb chat encryption. None the less, Ill try to criticize it

I believe that what makes TANIGER different is that is works from the actual Facebook website without any chat-software or stuff like that.
