So this is my first ever SE and thankfully it was a success, I searched for about 25 minutes and managed to find a really good POD, but wasn't my desired mouse so I asked a friend who's skilled in editing to photoshop it for me, I had a few issues but managed to avoid them. This is their massage :
We would like to inform you that the cut cord image has been approved for replacement. Meaning, we are no longer requiring you to send back to us your defective unit.
We are currently working with our respective team to get the tracking information for your replacement unit.
Please be advised that the Razer replacement process usually takes 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to prepare for the shipment and as soon as the package will be handed over to our courier, you will receive a separate email for the tracking information. However, some jobs may take longer than usual if the replacement unit is not in stock.
In case there is no stock available for the product you currently have, we will provide you with one of our newer products in our line.
So I plan on Se'ing them again for a controller, I already got everything I need, a SN, POP and a POD. For anyone who SE'd razer multiple times how much time would you recommend me to wait before I SE and what precautions do I take?
